Love it!!!!!!! I am truly loving Youtube because I am finding so much on that site! The ACV wash was so soothing to me! It left my hair feeling so soft. It didn't strip my hair like shampoo does! I was amazed at how manageable my hair was as well.
The Cinnamon and Conditioner mixture is very easy to make. Simply mix conditioner and cinnamon according to the length of your hair. This mixture must stay on your hair for 6-8 hours. You will definitely see a difference. YOu may repeat the process until you reach your desired color. It will not brighten your hair like peroxide or permanent dye but it will lighten your hair. The Cinnamon does make your scalp tingle so do not be alarmed!!!!!!!
Here's how I used it. I know some people dilute it but I did not. Please Please know that if it gets in your eyes that it will sting so be very cautious when doing this!!!!!
■Pre-pooed with Suave Peppermint Conditioner for 30 minutes
■Rinsed out pre-poo
■Poured the ACV on my head while rubbing my scalp
■After one rinse of the ACV, I rinsed with warm water
■I rinsed a 2nd time and rinsed with warm water again
■Next I applied the Cinnamon and Conditioner mixture and applied to my hair by sections
■I covered my head with a shower cap and covered it with my satin bonnet and went to sleep
■In the morning I started with a warm rinse to get the cinnamon out
■There is a slimy feeling but it comes out easily
■Simply slide your fingers down your hair while your under water
■next shampoo your hair or use the ACV.....(I used both)
■Apply a deep conditioner
■Apply moisturizer
■Seal with Oil
This was a long process so I recommend that you plan accordingly. I started friday night and finished in the morning. I love the results! My hair is definitely lighter. I would take pics but on a picture you cannot tell! Your hair will feel so soft! The conditioner overnight with the cinnamon really is good! I read that people do this mixture to condition overnight regardless of trying to lighten their hair.
I give this process 4 Stars **** because it was so time consuming.
